Champions IGA CVFL Player Profile!

Tanika Thomson from North Bendigo Women's Football Team

Tanika is a leader in female football with involvement in the youth and senior football since its inception within the region.

Tanika is a Bulldog through and through, starting off in 2007 in the AFL Victoria Youth Girls competition and continued through to the commencement of the Youth Girls division in the Bendigo Junior Football League.

Representative Football has been a part of the journey through Bendigo Pioneers (V/Line) and Bendigo Thunder in the Victorian Womens Football League.

North Bendigo commenced the Senior Womens program in 2017 in the Northern Country Womens League in which Tanika was a part of and has been a key figure of the team in the Central Victoria Football League from 2018 to present.

We can’t wait to see Tanika, and North Bendigo, in action this season!
